A full Jamaican breakfast slowly digesting in my tummy. The tropical rainfall has stopped and the sun is now doing what it is meant to be doing. Yay!

I am here now in Montego Bay, Jamaica, preparing to head to Kingston for what aims to be a fabulous three day expo: The ‘Every Woman Inspired’ Expo, 22-24 November 2013, Alhambra Inn & Restaurant, Kingston, Jamaica.

I also found out I will be appearing live on Jamaican radio – RJR Radio – to promote the workshop I’ll be running at the expo.
